Wholesale Ordering Information We sell our certified organic brewing ingredients to microbreweries, homebrew suppliers, health food stores, bakeries, and other businesses that are in the natural and organic products industries. Seven Bridges has over 12 years of experience in the organic brewing ingredients business, and can help your business make the transition to organic. We sell the following organic ingredients listed below at wholesale prices to qualified buyers (see wholesale terms at the bottom of this page). All products packaged by us bear the certified organic seal. If you retail our products, this seal is valid as long as it is never broken before the product is sold. We happily furnish copies of our organic certification upon request, and a copy is automatically included with the first order. All wholesale prices are FOB Santa Cruz, California. Prices are subject to change at any time. Shipping cost is not included in our wholesale prices. For new customers, our terms are pre-paid cash, check or credit card for first order and until credit is established with our company. Please contact us for a credit application if you wish to establish credit terms with us. It will take 5 to 7 working days to process a credit application. All accounts are set up as net 15 terms. We also accept credit card payments for wholesale purchases (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). There is no charge for credit card pre-payment of an order, but we do charge a 3% transaction fee for open invoices that are paid with a credit card. We have a minimum order of $100 for wholesale purchases. Orders less than $100 will be charged a service charge of 10% of the product total. New customers placing a first time order must order at least $300 in products. Wholesale customers must furnish proof that they are a bona fide retailer or microbrewery. Such proof may include a copy of a resale certificate, brewing license, or business license, a copy of an advertisement for your business, or a trade reference from a recognized industry wholesaler. We do not wholesale to breweries in planning or start-up retailers who cannot provide at least two of the above mentioned forms of proof that the items purchased from us will either be resold on a retail basis or used in the manufacture of organic beverages for sale to the public. TERMS OF RESALE: #1: Internet sales of our products listed with a MAP retail price are subject to MAP (minimum advertised price) pricing. Use of our product images is by permission only. We reserve the right to suspend wholesale sales of our organic products if MAP pricing or USDA NOP organic regulations are violated. #2: We currently do not sell to retailers that are within 50 miles of another retail store that sells our products. (Existing customers are grandfathered into this requirement). #3: We sell to stores who are prepared to adhere to the USDA National Organic Program standards for labeling and selling organic products. We are concerned about upholding standards because it helps to build customer confidence in the organic label and it prevents unfair competition between organic sellers. Current and future accounts that do not adhere to regulations will be closed. SHIPPING INFO: We ship orders under 500 pounds via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We charge you exactly what we pay in shipping. We do not add surcharges to freight rates, but special expenses such as palletizing or custom packaging may be extra. We can ship large orders via motor freight. When you place an order with us, we will work with you to find the most economical shipping rates. Large grain and extract orders may be drop shipped from the manufacturer if circumstances permit. LOCAL CUSTOMER PICK-UP: Customers picking up orders at our Santa Cruz warehouse must place orders a minimum of 8 working hours before picking an order up. A wholesale account must be established prior to the first order pick up. Orders that require custom packing require a 48 hour advance order. Rush orders are accepted at our discretion depending on order size and the amount of other orders being handled that day.
